📦 Why Do Larger Items Cost More to Ship?
Shipping carriers calculate rates based on both actual weight and dimensional weight (package size). Some recovery products and bundle kits require reinforced packaging to ensure safe delivery.
We price shipping transparently to reflect actual carrier costs while maintaining reliable service.
🕒 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours before shipment.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are transmitted quickly to our fulfillment partners for processing.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you no longer need your item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
